CARW is seeking to partner with a municipality, not-for-profit organization, government entity, educational institution or other owner of real property to engage the CRE Consulting Corps, a public service program of The Counselors of Real Estate. The program provides real estate analysis and action plans to address strategic plans for real estate assets, leveraging real property assets and maximizing performance and returns on investment of real estate assets.
Each Consulting Corps assignment is conducted by a team of well-qualified volunteer members of the Counselors of Real Estate with expertise specific to the needs of the client. The team delivers unbiased, market-driven action steps to address a real estate challenge, often enhancing the performance of a property or portfolio and improving the financial well-being of the client. CARW will evaluate project partners based on feasibility and impact.
The CRE Consulting Corps specializes in understanding the specific situation and creating a realistic, and achievable road map for solving virtually any real estate problem an organization may face:
- Feasibility and market assessment
- Adaptive reuse or redevelopment
- Strategic asset management
- Highest and best use strategy
- Community development or neighborhood revitalization
- Sustainability and “green” planning
- Public real estate asset management
- Historic preservation
- Mixed use development or Transit-oriented development
- Portfolio strategies
