What is NextGen?
CARW Next Generation is an initiative focused on building and strengthening the pipeline for commercial real estate in Wisconsin. The program gives participants valuable information and insights while helping member firms recruit and retain commercial real estate talent. NextGenners have access to information and experts that will build their value and network. The 10-month program will provide participants with varying perspectives and insights into the multi-faceted nature of commercial real estate from experienced real estate professionals. This experience will improve individuals and the industry - for now and in the future.
NextGen consists of two components. The first component is a monthly meeting over ten months that discusses various sub-sectors of commercial real estate (attorneys, banking, brokers, etc.). Each meeting will be held in person at 250 E Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI (1st-floor conference room). The second component of the program involves community engagement "field trips", social events, and happy hours that are open to all members of the commercial real estate community. This program gives those with less than five years of experience access and exposure to various disciplines while fostering strong relationships within the real estate community.
