Applications are now being accepted for the 2027 CARW NextGen Program!
CARW NextGen is a 10-month leadership and professional development program designed to help emerging commercial real estate professionals accelerate their careers through education, networking, and industry exposure.
Participants gain firsthand insight into the many facets of commercial real estate—including brokerage, development, finance, law, construction, and more—through monthly sessions led by experienced industry professionals. Beyond the classroom, participants build lasting relationships through networking events, project tours, happy hours, and other opportunities to connect with Wisconsin’s commercial real estate community.
Who is Eligible?
The CARW NextGen Program is open to CARW members in good standing who have between two and five years of commercial real estate experience and intend to renew their membership for the following year.
Application Requirements
To be considered, applicants must submit:
- A letter of recommendation from a firm leader or industry mentor
- A current resume
- A commitment to participate in the full 10-month program
If selected, participants will be billed a program fee.
Selection Process
NextGen participants are selected through a competitive application process based on the strength of their application, qualifications, endorsements, and overall fit for the program. Each year, 15–25 professionals are selected to join the NextGen class.
