The Wisconsin Commercial Data Exchange is growing each day. We have met with firm leaders to determine the data sets and continue to add users to the system. We are taking calls from members and non-members throughout the state about the listings, timelines, comp data and more. On Friday, March 16th, we hosted a webinar to discus market updates and direct listings. We also covered many member questions about comps and timelines. If you missed the webinar, check it out HERE.
Counts as of last week were as follows:
- more than 3,700 listings submitted
- 14,300 properties
- more than 16,000 spaces
- nearly 900 users in the system posting needs and wants and email marketing flyers and listings
- 9 counties to date with entire state as goal: Dane, Dodge, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha
At present, users are able to load their own listings or submit them HERE.
Drive times and flood maps have also been added. Assessor data, comp data and photos are being added daily. Members are enjoying the site-link (listings visible on your website) and email blast marketing.
Our commercial real estate community is literally building a platform to customize the most complete, researched resource for you to execute deals, communicate with the brokerage community and create marketing materials.
