The Retail Event is coming up on April 6 at the Pfister Hotel from 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and features local and national speakers including Garrick Brown (Cushman & Wakefield) and Jay Schauer (Allen Edmonds Corporation), as well as dozens of other experts at the many roundtables and sessions taking place throughout the day. Each year, one of the most highly-anticipated roundtables is the Expanding Retailers table. For the 2017 conference, organizers have expanded the table into its own session that will feature broker, retailer and developer insights. Panelists will participate in a mock-development case study about a fictitious retail property being developed in Wisconsin. Starting with the anchor tenant space and moving towards the small show space and outlets, the panel will detail active retailers, areas of expansion, size and site characteristics and all other pertinent information you will need to know to get the deals done.
