Commercial Real Estate members take advocacy very seriously. Issues impacting economic development, infrastructure and your ability to do business are front and center for you each and every day. That’s why we work with the Wisconsin REALTORS Association and a number of commercial real estate partners to coordinate a day in Madison for you to speak with legislators with a united voice on Commercial Real Estate issues. This year, we have a lot to thank our legislators for including the dozens of legislative issues passed in the last session, as well as the ongoing support on issues including, keeping property taxes low, keeping economic development tools like TIF, viable and simple to use, and focus on a sustainable transportation and infrastructure policy and funding.
