Over the past week, you may have received communications from commercial industry data providers, CoStar and Xceligent. The communication focuses on a series of lawsuits and disputes between the two companies. CARW and NAR have been longstanding partners with Xceligent for quarterly data reports, REALTOR® data resource groups and special data projects. We have spoken with both companies and have been assured that when it comes to data and reporting, both will continue to do business as usual in our marketplace.
