CARW hosted their annual Wisconsin Retail Real Estate Conference on Tuesday for packed crowd at the Italian Community Center!
Our keynote speaker, Beth Azor, The Canvassing Queen, told us that while she’s spent nearly 50 years in Florida, she was born and raised in Milwaukee and was excited to come back to her hometown. She delivered a thoughtful and strategic perspective on how industry leaders can better position themselves for what’s next and how to make themselves known in retail real estate!
A big thank you as well to our panelists—Scott Yauck, Jack Riley, newly elected Mayor Matthew Rosek—and moderator Andrew Hunt for an engaging discussion on large-scale retail development and the future of The Harvest Development in the City of Oconomowoc and the Village of Summit. This panel focused on the importance of public and private partnerships for successful development. In this case, Cobalt partnered with two municipalities to bring bring this development to life.
We also appreciate the many roundtable presenters who shared their expertise across a wide range of timely topics, sparking meaningful conversations throughout the afternoon.
Finally, thank you to our sponsors for your continued support in making this event possible, and to all attendees who brought energy, insight, and collaboration to the room.
We look forward to continuing the conversation and seeing you at our next event!
