On January 17, 2018 the CARW Board of Directors unanimously agreed to support the REDI/Catylist platform for listings, marketing and researched data. All member firms are encouraged to input listings which will be shared with thousands of brokers, owners and appraisers throughout Wisconsin. This will take several months to cover the State, but with the commitment of the board and members, we feel that very good progress is and already has been made.
At this Time:
All CARW REALTOR® members have access to posting needs/wants, and the email blast service for your commercial properties and searching of the full property database presently in the system. This will allow you to go into your listings, update the information, provide photos and flyers and update your profile to ensure you are receiving the correct email information. The following counties are being loaded and built out now: Milwaukee, Dane, Waukesha, Racine, Ozaukee, Kenosha, Washington, Dodge and Jefferson, followed by the rest of the State.

REDI/Catylist Commercial Real Estate Software has been around for more than 15 years and is established in more than 40 markets across the country. Our counterparts in Minneapolis, Houston, Denver and North Carolina are in the process of also building their markets. CARW members will pay $95 per month for property listing data, sales comps and the Catylist e-blast service, and includes access to listing information in Catylist markets.
