Clicking “Analyze” without any specific results selected will analyze all properties within view. Clicking “Analyze” with specific properties chosen will allow users to choose the selected properties or all properties within view.
Users can still utilize all filters to narrow their target set down to a specific set of properties
If you are preparing to list a property and want to understand the value of a similar property, you will be able to run a search to find comparable properties of similar property type, size, in the same area, and other features to analyze and see various metrics including the average lease rate for spaces that are currently listed.
