Mike Keane, Principal | Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE Company
Mike has over sixteen years of corporate real estate experience in tenant representation, dispositions, and acquisitions including a $400 million acquisition of a large healthcare portfolio. For 2 years Mike worked with GE Healthcare as an in-house contracted Transaction Manager putting together detailed financial business cases for buy vs. lease, remain vs. relocate, and rooftop consolidation scenarios for GE Healthcare locations across the globe, as well as managing lease audits and real estate tax appeals for numerous GE Healthcare locations throughout the U.S. Mike graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Business Emphasis. While at the University of Colorado, Mike competed in the A-boat on the CU Crew Team in regattas nationally. (Director)
Jenna Maguire, Office Property Specialist | Founders 3 Real Estate Services
Jenna joined Founders 3 (formerly RFP Commercial, Inc.) in 2008. Initially serving as part of the Marketing team for the company, Jenna’s role evolved full time into brokerage in 2013. As an Office Leasing Specialist, Jenna focuses primarily on landlord representation and has worked on behalf of some of Milwaukee’s most prominent landlords and developers to negotiate lease transactions and create value through creative marketing and branding strategies. Jenna’s current listing portfolio includes office buildings totaling over 1.5 million square feet. In addition to her work supporting CARW, Jenna supports Young Wishmakers of Wisconsin (Make a Wish), and the Waukesha Catholic School District with her time. (Director)
Gretchen Richards, CCIM, Vice President | CBRE, Inc.
Gretchen Richards is based in Madison and specializes in multifamily investment sales as a part of the Capital Markets Investment Properties team. Before joining CBRE Madison, Gretchen worked as a Commercial Real Estate Lender, a Leasing Director with a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and sales professional with a Madison-based Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Gretchen’s experience spans many aspects of multifamily investments – from ground-up construction, to equity placement, and asset or portfolios sales. (Director)
Jeff Stone, Vice President and Senior Consultant | Kapur Consulting Engineers
Jeff serves as Vice President and Senior Consultant for Kapur, a multi-disciplinary firm providing civil, environmental, surveying, natural resources, site planning, and public relations among many other development, municipal, and transportation-related services. Kapur is based in Milwaukee, with offices in Appleton, Wausau, and Burlington in Wisconsin, along with Chicago, Indianapolis, and Louisville. Jeff Jeff has the experience that includes nearly 20 years of public service in elected and appointed office as both a State Representative and as an Alderman in the City of Greenfield as well as being appointed to the PSC as Division Administrator overseeing water utilities and consumer affairs. He currently serves as Commissioner for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District. Jeff received his B.A. in Political Science and History from Washburn University. (Director At Large)
