We will hear from architects Steve Morales (RINKA) and Felipe Ornelas (Engberg Anderson) and others share their story of how they got into the industry, how are they making their impact and their vision for Milwaukee’s future if Latinos continue to make their mark in real estate development.
- Market Update: Gard Pecor with CoStar Group will share the trends we are seeing in Milwaukee in real estate and how does that connect to our Latino community.

David Clower, Chief Investment Officer for Raza Development Fund, the largest Latino-focused Community Development fund providing financing across 20 states to Latino-serving entities, will share their plans and playbook for the J. Tommy Espinoza Fellowship, a nationwide program aimed at supporting the growth and development of housing developers of color.
