With the holidays approaching, now is a great time to take care of a few essentials. Here are three items to move to the top of your list:
1. Renew Your CARW Membership
Stay connected to Wisconsin’s commercial real estate community through networking, education, industry resources, and advocacy. Review your renewal information and submit your dues to keep your membership active for the year ahead. If you need your renewal link or have questions, contact the CARW team. Please reach out to membership@carw.com if you have any questions about renewals. Anyone who renews ahead of the Holiday Party on December 2nd will be entered into a raffle for prize.
2. Complete Your Continuing Education
Review your completed courses and make sure you’ve met all continuing education requirements for your Wisconsin real estate license. 3. Renew Your Real Estate License
Completing CE and renewing your CARW membership are separate from renewing your license. Be sure to submit your license renewal through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services’ LicensE system. Instructions can be found here: Credentialing and LicensE FAQ – DSPS
