On Wednesday, January 27th CARW and the team from The Avenue MKE hosted a hard hat tour of The Arcade Offices, Third St Market Hall and the apartments at Plankinton & Clover. Thank you so much to ownership and leasing team (Josh Krsnak, Hempel Real Estate, Tony Janowiec, Interstate Development Partners, Omar Shaikh, Third Street Market Hall, Courtney Morris, Hempel Real Estate, Jenna Maguire, Founders 3, Kevin Armstrong, Founders 3 Real Estate, Kelly Sullivan and Nate Keller from Gardner Builders) for their generosity of time, information and goodies throughout the tour.
