State of Wisconsin Legislative Session Comes to a Close but Many Real Estate Measures Make Progress

While the State of Wisconsin Legislative cycle is nearing a close, many pieces of legislation backed by the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association continue to make progress including the Historic Tax Credit changes, Developer Bill, Wetlands Bill and Landlord Tenant Bill.  Many have received hearings in various committees and are being discussed with legislators.  For  more information on the status of each, contact the CARW Association Office for the most recent issue papers.
