While the State of Wisconsin Legislative cycle is nearing a close, many pieces of legislation backed by the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association continue to make progress including the Historic Tax Credit changes, Developer Bill, Wetlands Bill and Landlord Tenant Bill. Many have received hearings in various committees and are being discussed with legislators.
