Greenfire Management Services is a 100% tribally owned subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures, the financial diversification arm of the Forest County Potawatomi Community. Greenfire is a construction management firm specializing in multi-family, senior living, hospitality, tribal, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. We are unique because we are only 15 years old, but the average tenure of our team members is 20 years in the industry.
What is one challenge you help clients solve, or one way you help them succeed?
One of the biggest challenges Greenfire helps solve is aligning project scope, budget, and schedule early enough to avoid costly surprises later in construction. We’d tell you our secret sauce, but you have to work with use to taste it.
