What was your childhood dream job?
As a child, I dreamed of being a sportscaster, so I created my own imaginary radio station called WQZQ and made cassette tape recordings of my “broadcasts” (that my parents still have somewhere).
What is your favorite moment of your career so far?
Just like one should never name a child as their favorite, I can’t single out as my favorite any one client or development that I helped with over the years, but I do find myself always turning my head to check out things when I drive past a project that I worked on.
What was your first real job?
In high school I was a morning newspaper carrier for the Milwaukee Sentinel.
If you had not chosen your present career, what would you be doing?
Something corporate, probably sales or marketing.
What is the one item you cannot live without (besides your cellphone)?
A glass of orange juice at breakfast.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
Spending time with my family, especially with my grade school age boys tossing a ball, swinging our golf clubs, and driving the boat pulling them tubing or water skiing.
