If you’re looking to take CI 101 – Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate, May 16-19 in Milwaukee, CCIM Wisconsin is offering four individuals the opportunity to apply for a $250 scholarship towards the course fee. This is in addition to the discount that CARW members receive on the course. You’ll need to apply by April 21st, 2023. Once the course is completed, the money will be awarded to you.
