Thank you to Patrick Wohl, with the National Association of Realtors for speaking to CARW on “What Does the Future Hold for 1031 Exchange?”. Patrick, a Political Advocacy Representative laid out the work being done by NAR and others to preserve the 1031 Exchange. He discussed broad federal policy issues including the infrastructure bill, independent contractor status and the eviction moratorium.
