A successful start to our Lunch & Learn series for 2017! We kicked-off the year with a discussion on the Grand Avenue Mall and opportunities for catalytic change. View the presentation slides here.
Chuck Biller of Aggero Group and Chris Socha of Kubala Washatko presented on the exciting evolution and potential of West Wisconsin Ave. They addressed the announcement that the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra will move its performance hall to a venue across from the Mall; the Bublr Bikes HQ move to the Grand Avenue; and eluded to several upcoming announcements on the near horizon. Chris and Chuck explained how the project will revitalize the Westtown area and how it will connect to the Park East development and even the Third Ward. With an emphasis on urban revitalization, the project seeks a grocery store tenant, major office tenant, and food plaza vendor.
