WRA Continuing Education
The WRA offers commercial-specific continuing education (CE) courses in a variety of education formats specifically for practitioners in the commercial real estate world. The WRA’s commercial CE is a “win-win”: subject matter covers commercial real estate practice, and the courses help you meet your state-mandated requirements!
WRA CE classes are approved and satisfy the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) CE requirements. License renewal requires 18 hours of continuing education. Learn more about licensing requirements.

Mandatory courses (Licensees must take all four)
Course 1: Wisconsin State-approved Listing Contracts
Course 2: Wisconsin State-approved Offers to Purchase
Course 3: Wisconsin New Developments
Course 4: Ethics and Fair Housing in Wisconsin (this course includes the NAR ethics requirements)
Elective courses (Licensees must take two)
Elective A: Disclosures in a Wisconsin Transaction
Elective B: Risk Reduction for Wisconsin Salespeople and Brokers
Elective C: Inspections and Testing in Wisconsin Transactions
Elective D: Wisconsin Condominiums
Important notices
Inactive Wisconsin license: If your license is currently inactive and has been inactive for less than five years, you need to complete the previous biennium CE and pay the license fee and late fee to renew your license. Further questions can be directed to the DSPS at dsps.wi.gov.
