State of Wisconsin Licensees will need to renew their real estate licenses by the end of 2020. We have received a number of calls in our office looking for more information about how and when to do so. The DSPS (Department of Safety and Professional Services) online renewal date that the portal will be open is October 26, 2020. We will be sending out emails and postcards with the reminder. You will have approximately six weeks to do so – as the deadline for renewal is December 14, 2020. In order to renew your license – you must have completed your CE hours (which is 18 hours for the 2019/20 biennium). If you have questions about this, please contact us at tracy@carw.com.
