Thank you for your support of CARW and the Commercial Real Estate Industry! We would love to have our members renew as early as possible to prevent a lapse in benefits. Any member who renews by November 30th will be automatically entered into a drawing for one of two $150 gas cards. The winners will be announced at Holiday Party on December 1st.
There are a few important deadlines approaching and want to remind you so your Real Estate License does not lapse:
- December 14: REALTOR Continuing Education for the 2021/22 biennium must be completed. Online options are available: https://www.wra.org/Education/CE/CommercialCE/
- December 14: Salesperson and Broker License renewal with DSPS must be completed: https://online.drl.wi.gov/UserLogin.aspx
- December 14: Renew with CARW! CARW dues afford you access to zipforms, Catylist, discounts on events, education and services, legal hotline, and more

EMAIL/MAIL – Complete VISA/MC information at the bottom of the attached dues notice. This can be emailed to [email protected] or submitted to CARW via mail.
