On Saturday, May 21, members from REACH Wisconsin participated in a BLOCK BUILD project with Rebuilding Together Greater Milwaukee. The purpose was to revitalize the Lindsay Heights neighborhood in a consolidated one-day effort. More than a dozen project teams from Phoenix Investors, Tri City National Bank, Belfor and Zilber came out to lend their time and talents to the beautification of the area. The effort focused on owner occupied homes and several vacant lots that were transformed over the timespan of a day. A big thanks to Julie Peterson for her leadership on the effort to pull together Team REACH. Congrats to the many members who also participated from BSI, Colliers International, CBRE, Dickman Real Estate, Galbraith Carnahan Architects, Irgens, Skyline Milwaukee, VJS Development, VJS Construction, Walker & Dunlop and Inland Construction and others. We accomplished a lot that day, and in the spirit of REACH, helped create a better community for all.
