5 Questions with Zach
Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: I am excited for Milwaukee to continue to grow and improve on so many levels. With that being said, I would have to say I have been excited about the new Ascent mass timber building and having that be an innovative statement piece for Milwaukee. It is also great to see discussions and plans in place to improve the Wisconsin Center which will continue to open up Milwaukee to new conference and hospitality opportunities.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: Brunch at Uncle Wolfie’s is pretty hard to beat.
Q: What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: My work in commercial interiors has tied me to the Commercial Real Estate community and it is has been a surprising new world for me to learn about. It has been fascinating to learn more about the work that goes into the developments that we live and work around on a daily basis and I am excited for the NextGen program to provide even more exposure and insight into the industry.
Q: What is one word that comes to mind when you think of CARW?
A: Since joining CARW and attending more of the events, it really has opened my eyes to how this industry is about community and even individuals who work for competing firms are partnering and working together on a day-to-day basis. In addition, there are so many individuals who genuinely care about Milwaukee and want to make it a better place for everyone to work and live and I think that even further solidifies the community aspect of CARW and its members.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: Paul Rudd. It is a bit of a loaded question, but Paul seems like he would be a pretty cool guy to have a beer with.
