Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) My decision to pursue a career in commercial real estate was underlined by a fascination with the industry. Growing up, my exposure to real estate was predominantly confined to the residential sector. However, during the early years of college, I fortunately spent time with my counselor and learned more about commercial real estate. I was then opened to an industry that promoted continuous change and activity. These characteristics encompass my personality and desire for a profession.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) I hope to gain a deeper understanding of various aspects of commercial real estate, such as architectural practice, the development process, and legal considerations, etc. While fully encompassing all facets of commercial property is nearly impossible, I believe that NextGen will provide me with the ability to become well-rounded in specific areas that are not directly related to my current position. Additionally, I am eager to meet other professionals in the market to expand our networks and aim to cultivate these professional relationships over the years to come.
