My passion outside of work is spending time with my two-year-old son, spending time outside, hunting, golfing, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fishing, biking, and researching/learning new things.
Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) There is a lot to love about real estate. My bread and butter is creating financial models for prospective investments. Every development is different, so each model needs to be crafted in its own unique way. The most fulfilling part about commercial real estate is bringing developments from the conceptual stage to life.

Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) My first job after my Master’s program was as an Investment Analyst covering public and private investments. I worked for a developer who also had a large stock, private equity, and venture capital portfolio. It was my job to provide investment analysis and recommendations. As I was exposed to real estate investments, I quickly realized that no other asset class was as highly repeatable or generated the same return. I was hooked.
