Todd Battle is the Director of Industrial Investments for Zilber Property Group, a Milwaukee, WI – based industrial real estate development company.  Todd joined Zilber in January of 2023, after leading the Kenosha Area Business Alliance (Kenosha County’s Economic Development Corporation) for the prior 19 years.  He previously held economic development leadership roles in Michigan.   Todd is a Michigan native and a Summa Cum Laude Graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a political science/public administration major and an economics minor.  Todd, his wife Katie, and their two daughters (Cameron – 16; and Darby – 15) reside in Kenosha, WI.  Todd currently serves on the boards of Froedtert South (a Kenosha-based regional medical center), the Kenosha Unified School District, and State Bank of the Lakes.
