I received my law degree from the University of Nebraska in 2018 and began practicing corporate law at a firm in South Dakota. In 2020, I moved back to Waukesha and worked for the US Small Business Administration, primarily on covid loans, before joining von Briesen & Roper in 2021. I have a full household with a husband, 2.5 year old daughter, 2 dogs and 2 cats! When I’m not working on deals, I enjoy running, traveling, playing board games and sewing.

A) Nothing is permanent in this wicked world, not even our troubles.

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I grew up in Waukesha, near Waukesha North high school.

Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) Zurich, Switzerland.

Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) I started doing commercial real estate as part of my commercial finance work and found I really enjoyed it.

Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) I hope to become more well-rounded in my commercial real estate knowledge. By knowing about other areas outside of your expertise, you can offer more value to your client and the deals that you work on.
