Sam Gauger is a Multi-Family Advisor with the Investment Services Brokerage Group in Milwaukee, WI. In conjunction with the Colliers National Multi-Family Advisory Group, Sam is primarily responsible for procuring and executing multi-family investment sales transactions. He is well versed in analyzing and interpreting the market in an effort to understand the risks and reward-related to a given asset. His approach goes beyond surface-level advice, rather Sam works to communicate, inform, and guide clients through all facets of a multi-family asset.

Sam graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Accounting. In addition to his experience and education, Sam is a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate and expects to attain his CPA designation in 2022.

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I grew up in Wauwatosa until just before high school when I moved to Brookfield, WI to attend Brookfield East.

Q) What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) Cargo Shorts

Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) Hawaii is my favorite spot to travel. In college, I was fortunate enough to spend a month volunteering in Kona for Youth with a Mission (YWAM). It was one of the best months of my life — I would highly recommend if you love active vacations.

Q)What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) Commercial real estate provides a lot of opportunities to meet successful people and hear their stories. It’s also difficult to find another industry with similar potential to build wealth.
