Nick Rhode

Nick Rhode is a Real Estate Associate for SARA Investment Real Estate in Madison, Wisconsin. He is responsible for underwriting investment opportunities by creating in-depth financial models and conducting extensive market research to verify the economic viability of potential acquisitions. Additionally, he executes analytical modeling of SARA’s portfolio, determining the financial management and disposition of assets.  Nick graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with majors in both Finance and Accounting.
