Molly currently works with Catamount Constructors as a Business Development Specialist. Molly joined CBRE in 2019 in the real estate property management department, primarily focusing on managing retail and office buildings throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to working in real estate, she worked throughout Europe as a sales associate and tour guide for the company Bus2alps. Having attended Divine Savior Holy Angels High School has given Molly the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the Greater Milwaukee geographical community as well as a strong network of contacts.

Molly graduated from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business with a Business Degree in Marketing and Finance. While at the University of Vermont, Molly competed on the Division 1 NCAA Field Hockey Team and club Alpine Ski Race Team. Molly continues to coach ski racing today.

I am excited to be a NextGen’r because I have always been interested in about real estate. I am most intrigued with the relationships built through real estate and the qualities I hope to develop throughout the next year. I am looking forward to educating myself on all different segments of the industry with the people in my class. Together we will grow in confidence and help enhance the development of Milwaukee.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: My favorite restaurant is Café at the Plaza – the atmosphere brings back an older Milwaukee vibe with a great hidden outdoor patio!

Q: What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: I chose commercial real estate because it is a very people-oriented industry. My energy comes from building new relationships and discussing real estate trends. I believe this stems from my extroverted nature of getting to know an individual’s story and listening and learning from the people I surround myself with. Also growing up in a real estate family my whole life I am excited to finally join the industry myself!

Q: What is one word that comes to mind when you think of CARW?
A: Support system comes to mind when I think of CARW. We are all in the industry together and are constantly educating one another at each event. CARW does a great job of bringing people together for the greater good of our community.
