I joined the Newmark Knight Frank office team as an associate broker in June of 2017. Prior to joining, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where my interest in the Real Estate world was sparked. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, visiting breweries, and listening to live music. I look forward to seeing Milwaukee continue to grow in 2019!

Mitch joined Newmark Knight Frank as part of the Office segment in 2017. Specializing in representing tenants in the market and evaluating their leasing needs, he is able to assist in negotiating renewals, re-negotiations, and relocating to different space.
Education
Mitch graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Economics with an emphasis in Mathematics.
Background & Experience
While in school, Mitch was part of the Real Estate Club to keep up his knowledge and satisfy his interest in the commercial real estate sector. His previous experience as a sales associate at retail stores provided an opportunity to hone his customer service experience. Additionally, he has been a youth basketball coach for Lake Country Middle School.

Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: The Harbor District is the project that interests me the most. It is a great way to bring life back to an area that had become an afterthought.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: La Masa
Q: What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: I chose commercial real estate because it gives you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the change in the community. Additionally, the industry provides opportunity to let you be creative to figure out solutions to problems that don’t only have one answer.
Q: What is one word that comes to mind when you think of CARW?
A: Community
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen meetings?
A: My biggest takeaway is being able to hear the questions and concerns of those in the same stage of their career as I am. To be able to bounce ideas off each other, as well as have the perspective of the industry leaders is a great way for us to learn quickly, and potentially avoid some mishaps along the way.
