I have been at CLA for three years, work out of the Oconomowoc office, and serve many clients in Milwaukee and all over southeast Wisconsin. As a licensed CPA I provide tax preparation and consulting services to the clients that I work with, and am dedicated to supporting their success by getting to know them and being a trusted advisor. In addition to the years of experience practicing tax, I also have a background in doing accounting work for various companies. As a result, I work with numerous clients to assist in their bookkeeping process and help organize their books. In addition to working with many commercial real estate clients to prepare their tax returns, I also work with clients to plan for tax implications from any sales or exchanges of property.

In 2012 I graduated from Trinity International University with a business major and an emphasis in both accounting and management. I was born in Rockford, Illinois but am a lifelong Packers fan. I played soccer in college and am an avid golfer.

Q) What is your favorite quote?
A) “Do not let making a living prevent you from making a life.” – John Wooden

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) Although I was born in Rockford, Illinois, I spent close to the first 8 years of my life in the United Arab Emirates. My Dad was a doctor working overseas, and our whole family lived there for a short time.

Q) What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) Owning a Walkman CD player for taking your music on the go.

Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) My wife and I went to Aruba this year (2021) for our honeymoon, and it is by far my favorite place that I have been. The weather is perfect, the people there are friendly, and the food is incredible.

Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) I hope to learn more about the commercial real estate industry, develop some lasting connections, and grow in my awareness of all that CARW does.
