Mike Keane

The Boerke Company, Inc.

Mike is a principal owner of The Boerke Company, Inc. and has over sixteen years of corporate real estate experience in tenant representation, dispositions, and acquisitions including a $400 million acquisition of a large healthcare portfolio. For 2 years Mike worked with GE Healthcare as an in-house contracted Transaction Manager putting together detailed financial business cases for buy vs. lease, remain vs. relocate, and rooftop consolidation scenarios for GE Healthcare locations across the globe, as well as managing lease audits and real estate tax appeals for numerous GE Healthcare locations throughout the U.S. This corporate experience has proved invaluable in understanding corporate structure, budgeting process, and how real estate fits into a non-real estate organization. He has extraordinary skills in relationship management and his extensive experience allows Mike and his team to provide best-in-class service in real estate strategy and transactions. In his career, Mike has been an integral part of almost $1 billion in transactions. Mike graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Business Emphasis.Ā  While at the University of Colorado, Mike competed in the A-boat on the CU Crew Team in regattas nationally.
