Logan Ferrie
Project Manager
Keller, Inc.
I’m a Door County native who discovered both the vast opportunities and challenges of life in a small vacation destination while growing up. In 2020, I graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Business Administration. My entry into the construction field began during college when I worked as a rough carpenter, helping to construct spec homes in the Green Bay area.
After graduation, I joined Continental Properties as an intern, a role that eventually evolved into a full-time position which I held for two years. During my time at Continental, I took charge of managing the construction for multi-family communities across the country.
Today, I serve as a Project Manager at Keller. My approach to project management is rooted in my passion for delivering exceptional results while always keeping the client’s needs and vision at the forefront. I thrive on building strong networks and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, whether they are clients, landowners, developers, brokers, lenders, or other industry experts. My ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds enhances my project management skills.
I firmly believe that those who are fortunate have a responsibility to contribute to society and humanity. Sometimes, even a small positive push in the right direction can have a significant impact.

I have the opportunity to collaborate with various individuals regularly, forging new relationships with each project. Lastly, the fast-paced nature of our industry keeps me engaged, requiring me to perform at a high level every day.
