Leticia Schwengel
Vice President - Business Lending
Landmark Credit Union
I grew up on the south side of Milwaukee and graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s in social work and a concentration in psychology. I then attended Alverno College where I obtained my master’s in business administration (MBA). In 2019 I graduated from the ACRE (Associates in Commercial Real Estate) program a partnership between Marquette University, MSOE, UW-Milwaukee, and LISC.
I have worked in the financial industry for over 15 years and currently, work for Landmark Credit Union as a Vice President of Business Lending. Most of my work focuses on financing both investment and commercial real estate specifically the multi-unit and industrial space. As an RM I cover a large portfolio of business clients and RE investors. My primary goal is to assist clients in growing their operating businesses, expanding their RE holdings and improving their overall bottom line.
I am excited to be part of the 2020 NextGen program because it will provide me the opportunity to learn from experts in the industry, and create new relationships/partnerships with both my NextGen peers and CARW members. I also look forward to sharing my financial knowledge/expertise with my peers.
