Q: What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?

The beauty of commercial real estate is that it is an asset  that provides you with the opportunity to use its equity to further invest and expand your real estate holdings.  If managed successfully it pays for itself via the income generated. What I enjoy the most is being able to provide advice and financing options to my clients so that they can continue to expand their commercial/investment real estate portfolios.

Q: What is the best piece of advice you have received?

You have to take risks and always be up for a new challenge, it makes life a lot more interesting and rewarding.

Q: What is your favorite quote?

I really love two quotes from Nike “Ambitious goals make for outstanding achievements” and “it’s only crazy until you do it”

Q: Where did you grow up?

I grew up on the south side of Milwaukee.

Q: What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?

Pagers & Nokia cell phones.

Q: What’s your favorite place to travel to?

Paris for sure! It has amazing shopping, history, art and you get to walk everywhere. It’s the perfect quick getaway for a few days.

Q: What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?

I hope to build partnerships with other members to collectively work to helps our clients grow their real estate holdings.  I want to also showcase all the creative financing solutions U.S. Bank offers to commercial real estate investors.
