Lane is a dedicated Development Associate with a passion for transforming visions into reality. With expertise in feasibility analysis, entitlement, due diligence, and financing, Lane excels in evaluating the viability of developments and acquisitions. Armed with a keen analytical mind and strong communication skills, Lane plays a crucial role in shaping successful projects for Greywolf Partners and its clients.

Lane holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from UW-Madison in Finance, Investment, & Banking, and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics.

A) I enjoy the diversity of commercial real estate, from problem-solving to collaborating with various stakeholders. Transforming ideas into tangible spaces and the continuous learning process are what captivate me the most.

A) Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) I chose commercial real estate because of its tangible impact and dynamic challenges. It’s a field where solving problems translates to real-world applications. The opportunity to shape physical spaces, coupled with the diverse nature of projects, keeps things interesting at all times. It’s a fulfilling journey, aligning my passion for creating functional spaces with the ever-changing demands of businesses and communities.

Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) In my eyes, NextGen offers two key elements to it’s members:

1. The ability to gain perspective from multiple professionals in different segments of the industry. The monthly sessions will offer priceless knowledge and information from experienced individuals, and I can’t wait to learn from them!

2. The opportunity of getting to know other rising professionals in the real estate industry. I’m more than excited to expand my network and meet more great people in the Milwaukee real estate world!
