Kevin joined Newmark as a Sales Associate in 2009, was promoted to Vice President in 2013 and Senior Vice President in 2015. His responsibilities include leasing retail properties, the representation of local and national retailers, property acquisition and land development. Kevin also works alongside landlords and developers in the sale, lease, acquisition and development of commercial property. Prior to becoming a Sales Associate, Kevin worked as a Licensed Retail Broker Intern for Newmark. In this role, Kevin assisted brokers in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. His duties included performing site and market analyses through the use of demographic technology and geographical information services, creating Opinion of Value’s for clients, executing site tours for potential tenants and investors and financial modeling.
