Julia Howe is an Associate Broker with JLL and a member of the Office Tenant Representation Team. Julia’s responsibilities consist of solving complex business problems through real estate strategy. Whether that means working to lower occupancy costs & increase space efficiency, expanding, or managing a portfolio across the country, Julia works alongside office users to create long term growth.

Prior to joining JLL in December of 2019, Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in Spanish from The University of Iowa. While pursuing her degree, she also worked full time selling residential real estate at one of the top firms in Iowa City. She is currently an active member of Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW), Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW).  Julia cannot wait to begin the CARW NextGen Program. She is looking forward to developing new relationships with her peers, who will hopefully become future leaders in the community.
