Joe attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2018. After graduation he was hired by Tri City National Bank and was chosen to be apart of Tri City’s Leadership Development Program. While participating in the program, he rotated through all the different departments of the bank. After my rotations, he worked in the bank’s Credit Department for a year, where he underwrote commercial loans as well as helping the Real Estate Department with commercial real estate evaluations. Joe then transitioned into helping commercial lenders manage their portfolio’s as well as originating Paid Protection Program loans. As of January, he was promoted to be a Business Development officer where he will help manage a portfolio as well as be counted on to bring in new business for the bank.

He is excited to be apart of the NexGen Program because he loves meeting new people as well as keeping up with what is going on in the Milwaukee Real Estate market. He is excited to help others as well as develop new relationships!
