Jon Majewski

I’ve spent the last 7 years learning everything I can about real estate. My current role as a Commercial Portfolio Manager has allowed me to gain exposure to many aspects of the industry. I have developed a wide array of skills, with some of my strongest areas being budgeting, financial analysis, capital improvement projects, tenant relations, and operations management.

Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) The variety of the day to day activities. I also enjoy the budgeting and capital planning aspects.

A) Some of the biggest obstacles you face can be the biggest opportunities.

A) How you do anything is how you do everything.

A) New Berlin, WI

A) Buying songs to use as your cell phone ringtone.

A) National Parks

A) Mostly capital improvement projects to enhance an assets performance or valuation.

A) Elon Musk

Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) Then endless number of opportunities. There are so many faucets to real estate, multiple parties and areas of expertise are needed to succeed.

Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within your Commercial Real Estate career?
A) Continue to refine my skill set to ultimately end up in an asset management role.
