Jim Cavanaugh is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke with more than 20 years of experience in the greater Milwaukee office market. With expertise in both tenant and landlord representation, he brings a balanced perspective to every assignment. Jim has worked extensively with local landlords on both single-tenant and multi-tenant office projects, downtown and in the suburbs, and has a detailed understanding of the economics, timelines, and challenges involved in leasing and development.

As a lifelong Milwaukee resident, Jim has played a key role in the leasing and sale of many of the city’s marquee office projects, including Schlitz Park, the US Bank Center, 411 East Wisconsin, 330 East Kilbourn, and Chase Tower.
