Jeff Stone is Vice President and Senior Consultant for Kapur Consulting Engineers, a multi-disciplinary firm providing civil, environmental, surveying, natural resources, site planning, and public relations among much other development, municipal, and transportation-related services. Kapur is based in Milwaukee, with offices in Appleton, Wausau, and Burlington in Wisconsin, along with Chicago, Indianapolis, and Louisville. Jeff has the experience that includes nearly 20 years of public service in elected and appointed office as both a State Representative and as an Alderman in the City of Greenfield as well as being appointed to the PSC as Division Administrator overseeing water utilities and consumer affairs. He currently serves as Commissioner for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District. Jeff received his B.A. in Political Science and History from Washburn University.
