Jay has been a Retail Broker at Founders 3 since its inception in 2017. Previously, Jay was a Retail Broker with Commercial Property Associates, which he joined in 2014. Jay has expertise in retail leasing and sales, tenant representation, site selection, land acquisition & analysis for retailers, developers and investors. In his time in the industry, Jay has worked with several local, regional and national Landlords and Tenants in assisting with their real estate needs. He has completed numerous lease and sale transactions across the state of Wisconsin. Jay is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), Commercial Association of Realtors-WI (CARW) where he is an active co-chair for the annual CARW Milwaukee Retail show, and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) where he is the co-chair for the RBN Tenant Council.
