Irgens
As a Financial Analyst at Irgens, I am passionate about real estate finance, investment, and acquisitions. I graduated from Marquette University in May of 2023 with a double-major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance, with a concentration in Innovation Leadership through Marquette’s E-LEAD program. I was also a member of the inaugural cohort for Marquette’s Real Estate Asset Program (REAP), an innovative program that empowers students to actively participate in real limited partnership investment deals using a substantial fund of over $2 million. My goal is to leverage my expertise and passion to contribute meaningfully to the world of commercial real estate, creating value for investors and stakeholders alike.

Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) My dad and his side of the family all have some involvement in the real estate industry. I grew up touring buildings and driving through industrial/office parks on the weekends with my dad and my sister Haley. This is what spurred my initial interest in the business and after coming to Marquette for college, I was hooked. I immersed myself in all the great things the Marquette Real Estate program had to offer and realized my true passion for the industry.
Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within your Commercial Real Estate career?
A) I would eventually like to build up my own portfolio of properties.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) I hope to meet other motivated and like-minded young professionals who are also passionate about the real estate industry. Real estate is all about connections and it seems like the NextGen program really helps young professionals excel further in that regard.
