Hannah Champion
Workplace Consultant
Coakley Brothers & Brothers Interiors
My name is Hannah Champion, I am a workplace consultant at Coakley Brothers and Brothers Interiors. I am in my 5th year with the company and truly enjoy everything about who we are and what we do. In my role, I have the privilege of helping clients during times of change and being their resource for all of the great commercial services we provide related to real estate and development. I take a lot of pride in my responsibility to ensure projects go smoothly and create relationships with the clients our company serves. I graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2018 with bachelor’s degrees in interior architecture and business. Shortly thereafter, I moved to the Milwaukee Area to pursue a career that involved both of those passions, and am so happy to call the Milwaukee Area the foundation of my career in this incredible industry.
Q) What is your favorite quote?
A) Without a passion for discipline, the most beautiful of dreams have zero value.
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I grew up in Stevens Point, a city in the central part of Wisconsin. Both of my parents still live in the area and it is a great place to visit and continue to create family memories.
Q) Which projects are you involved in/most excited about?
A) I am very excited about several upcoming projects that I am involved in, but one in particular stands out. We are working with a marketing firm that is currently building its legacy project and set to open its new office in Q2 of 2024. The creative process has been very collaborative and I am eager to see the space complete. This company will continue to grow within their new headquarters and I love the idea of supporting that growth. The project teams have great synergy and it is cool and rewarding to become clients of each other’s services providing mutual support.
Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) I chose commercial real estate because I wanted a limitless career, and I feel the industry of commercial real estate provides the ability to take things as far as you possibly can.
Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within your Commercial Real Estate career?
A) I would like to execute both a $1 million furniture and $1 million relocation opportunity within the next 5 years.
