Ethan joined CBRE in May of 2023. He is an Associate in the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services group at CBRE Milwaukee. He specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation in Wisconsin. Ethan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a BS in Finance. He is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS).

Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) The best thing about commercial real estate is the unique combination of variety, relationship building, and constant learning. Every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to work with diverse clients, properties, and projects. Additionally, the commercial real estate industry is constantly evolving, with changes in market trends, regulations, and technologies, making it a field that requires ongoing learning and professional development to stay ahead. This dynamic environment keeps the job exciting and engaging.

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I was born and raised in Cedarburg, WI.

Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) I enjoy traveling to Charleston, SC, particularly Kiawah/Seabrook Island.

A) Through NextGen, I’m excited to grow professionally alongside like-minded peers who share similar goals and aspirations. Additionally, I’m interested in hearing from industry professionals about their career paths, successes, and challenges, as well as gaining valuable insights and advice from their expertise.
