Emmy Murphy is the Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Milwaukee and Madison offices. She leads business operations and helps shape the office’s growth strategy across all Advisory Services lines of business, including Leasing, Capital Markets, Property Management, Valuation & Advisory Services, and Project Management.

Emmy joined CBRE in 2019, stepping into an operational leadership role that covers several office segments, including recruitment, budgeting, licensing, and pandemic-related health and safety protocols. Prior to CBRE, she worked as an Operations Supervisor at Oranj in Chicago.

As a result of her dedication and commitment to her colleagues and clients, Emmy was named one of BizTimes Media’s Wisconsin 275, an annual publication that highlights the most influential executives in different economic sectors throughout the state. Additionally, she is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Outside of work, Emmy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son.
